Please note that this refund policy is applicable to new sign-ups only and does not cover any work that may have been undertaken. Once work has commenced, we’re committed to seeing it through to your satisfaction, and any requests for refunds thereafter will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the work already completed and the terms of our agreement.
